TripCase Customer Insights

1. I like the app well enough for my own use, but the share feature doesn't work (says people you share with will get itinerary updates as they occur, and they don't).

2. difficult to edit trip details and even more difficult to share trips with other travellers.

3. Get with it! I fail to understand how any company or person in the current time whose interest is in creating a travel or productivity app neglects to recognize the dichotomy of the modern working individual vs the person.

4. The app has also saved me on a couple occasions because TripCase notified me of a flight cancelation before the airline did, so I was able to get to the alternate flight before the majority of other passengers did (and therefore got a seat).

5. Kind of useless if you can't let people know where you'll be traveling.Requires an internet connection to view data that was available the last time I opened it - like my fights and times! - I often doen't have internet when traveling -- especially in the air and internationally.

6. Importing trip info is super easy, since in most cases I can just forward confirmation emails.

7. "Unfix" this app back to where it used to work.Been using this app for several years for both personal and work trips.

8. Manually entered flight information doesn't connect with airlines and never updates.

9. I use it for work travel, but my work email is not the email I use for booking anything or confirmations for personal travel.

10. Emails containing travel information are sent to the "inbox" where they're completely ignored.

11. Highly recommend this to keep track of your trip without digging through email!Basically very straightforward to use.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix TripCase Issues

1. Fix TripCase Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart TripCase: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the TripCase App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TripCase" » Open TripCase – Travel Organizer » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TripCase » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear TripCase – Travel Organizer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TripCase servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TripCase – Travel Organizer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check TripCase app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TripCase might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall TripCase. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TripCase then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TripCase not working


2. Fix TripCase Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TripCase be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TripCase not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TripCase may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • My trips show and duplicate or triplicate on TripCase. I don’t know what’s causing a problem but it’s a nuisance. How do I delete duplicate postings?
