1. needs workDear Sir or Madam, I can't use anyhow this app and can't follow any courses because none of the course is possible to make, the error message is the device is not compatible.

2. I can see the 6 courses that I enrolled in via the website, but it will not play the videos (either streaming from the site or from the copy saved locally).

3. I have already made the last possible system update at my phone , but it still doesnt work.

4. It keeps stopping for no reasong/bombing out, the learning experience is almost painful due to the app's lack of decent functionality, and it slow to react.
