Why should I report an Issue with Indie - Aesthetic Video Editor?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of ryzenrise to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. this app has alot of potential to be one of the best editing apps for mobile though, keep it up and my rates will get higher!Very good app! I really like the variety of filters and fonts! I do have some things to say: it would be nice to have the ability to add more text boxes once a text box is added, it would also be nice if there were constraints when placing a text box to help the user know if the object is centered.

2. After you guys address that issue if you could add a hyperlapse feature or just anything to control the speed of parts of a clip that would be amazing! This is definitely more complicated but possibly letting the user store multiple clips individually but still on the same card/page then allowing them to stitch and cut as well as speed control would amass a lot of users imoI think this app would probably be worth it if you can pay for the pro version.

Third, when I try to put music I adjust it perfectly but then it just glitches if I put an effect, or when I share it then the music just doesn't fit it properly and it's not even the part I cropped.I have tried so many times to save my video normally but it turns out long and thin like a banner (saw this in someone else's review and it was a good description).

4. Please implement some kind of system for free users where you can watch an ad in exchange for the watermark going away and the premium filters.

5. However, if you're like me and can't afford to pay for it then the free experience isn't very good due to the annoying watermark and the locked premium filters.

6. Edit: You guys get 1 star because it's clear to me that you're not going to implement the feature at this point.I've had Indie for a couple months now, and loved it so much that I paid for the premium features.

7. It's such a shame I can't use it because the filters are really good Update: Ok so I re-downloaded the app, I wasn't expecting it to actually be fixed but it is and I'm super happy cause I can use the filters now.

8. However, since an update in the past 48 hours (the updated that added the 'Sun Blinds' and 'Paper' effects), the video preview freezes while editing, and the save feature never gets past 0%.

9. It also took a long time to send to someone, and when you put certain effects, it lags like CRAZY, other then that, I would recommend!I really like the app even though it force closes sometimes, but I can tell the developers are working to fix it.

10. It's getting on my nerves so much! First of all, everything starts glitching and no it's not because of my camera quality- my quality is good but when I go in the camera starts getting super glitchy.

11. it has a watermark, but i dont mind it since its not even that big, and others still complain about it, i mean you already take ALL of the space on the photo and you complain about 1 small watermark, you can just crop it, and being lazy isnt an excuse, its just like 4 steps.

1. Fix Indie Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Indie: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Indie App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Indie" » Open Indie - Aesthetic Video Editor » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Indie » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Indie - Aesthetic Video Editor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Indie servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Indie - Aesthetic Video Editor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Indie app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Indie might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Indie. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Indie then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Indie not working

2. Fix Indie Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Indie be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Indie not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Indie may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
