Why should I report an Issue with PixPanda - Color by Number Pix?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of ryzenrise to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. If u have a problem and write to them, they answer you!I love this app alot! It's very easy to use and you're able to use your own picture if you want (a feature I like very much)! The only (and biggest) problem I have with it is that it doesn't work after a while.

2. I've tried uninstalling and installing it multiple times before, but it stays the same :/I love this app! I think this is the best color by number app I ever seen!! The only thing that I don't like that much is the new tool/feature (i don't know how and what to call it), I wish there is like an on and off button whether we will use it or not.

3. I used it EVERY day and it provided so many great and challenging pics that I had my gallery loaded with barely started ones I intended to go back to, but never managed to because of the sheer quantity of new daily options.

4. Please add this feature!!! And it's also a great app whenever I don't have wifi or when I'm on the car! Very relaxing too!!I upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy S10+ (from the S7 Edge) and i cant use the app anymore.

5. I comme back, and ALL my pictures were gone! The one I was recently doing was 90% finished! Thank goodness I had taken pics of each one I did.

6. Now when I try to color something, the outline of a previous picture comes up and does the whole picture without letting me do any.

7. Unfortunately, since then there has not been a single daily download so no point in having it further :(.This use to be my favorite app to use, until about 2 weeks ago, it deleted all of my work that I've done.

8. Why am I giving such a low review? Well, when I try to post any imported pixel art that I have completed, it posts an incomplete, prior version instead.

9. I hope that makes sense.When making your own pixel art, u can only use the 50 random colours that they've chosen.

10. When I free I will spent most of the time using this app coloring.

1. Fix PixPanda Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PixPanda: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PixPanda App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PixPanda" » Open PixPanda - Color by Number Pix » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PixPanda » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PixPanda - Color by Number Pix app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PixPanda servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PixPanda - Color by Number Pix" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PixPanda app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PixPanda might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PixPanda. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PixPanda then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PixPanda not working

2. Fix PixPanda Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PixPanda be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PixPanda not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PixPanda may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
