Yet another developer ignoring android users and producing an inferior version for the majority of their demographic.so disappointed! the features are great (filters + effects) but it's not worth the price.. at least for android.. we don't have access to save videos + we don't have any of the new features (flow, ambience, video effects, etc).
2. I don't like JPG format so I hope they add HEIC FORMAT SUPPORT.It's expensive compared to others apps in the market, we can also have a yearly plan for a lesser priceLoved this app and have paid for the premium version for a long time now.

I've updated the app & yet it still crashes every single time.You have to pay for basically all the good filters or really anything your hoping to get done on this app I do not recommend using unless your credit card is fine with it first 🥲😶So far this app is good to use and the filters are my chosen aesthetic.

5. And it would be nice to have more presets, especially b&w, and be able to change the colors of the light overlays, and nice fonts to write on pics.Paying extra for the extra features & the app keeps crashing whenever I try to use the app.
6. Only have subtitles on part of the video.Trash! I paid for premium because the nicer filters are of course only available through premium.

8. All but 6 of my photos were deleted from the app and I can't import anything at all now! Don't waste your time or money on this app.
9. However, on android it is buggy, all of the time.
10. The app itself Can't open properly, then it won't load certain photos from my gallery, sometimes takes up to a minute to load my feed inside the app.

Hi, I have had the app for a while and I pay for the subscription. For some reason, no matter which picture I’ve tried to upload within the last 24 hours, it won’t give me an option to edit it. I’ve tried deleting photos and it still won’t work. I made sure I don’t have multiple photos selected. I tried closing the app then reopening it. I’m not sure if it’s a bug, so that’s why I’m reaching out. Thank you!
I downloaded Tezza about two months ago and I’ve been paying for the subscription. I love everything about this app but whenever I use it to edit a video and then save it to my phone it’s extremely blurry and choppy. I am extremely disappointed with this and if it’s going to continue happening I would like to stop paying for this service. Is there a way this can be fixed?

I was charged $39.99 for a video editing subscription on top of the $39.99 I already pay for the photo editing. It was an accidental purchase, as I was under the assumption the video editing was included in my current subscription and it was just an additional step I had to take to get. I do not want the $39.99 subscription for video editing. I would like a refund for that amount, as I do not wish to use the video editing portion of the app if it is a separate subscription with additional fees. Thank you!
Hi i need help. I recently moved to the UK from Malaysia and in Malaysia, i used to subscribe to Tezza (yearly). But then when i moved, there are certain apps that i need to download in the UK that i am not able to download using my malaysian app store. i was advised to CREATE A NEW APPLE ID. my inquiry is: is it possible for you to help me move my subscription from my old apple id to new apple id. (i also had to CANCEL my subscription because when i called apple support they told me all subscriptions have to be cancelled before i can change my region, but my tezza app can still be used til JULY 2021). PLEASE kindly assist me. Thanks.
