It almost defeats the reason I got it.Couldn't set up the account for some reason, and I asked an assistant who had no information about the set up process.Unexpected error messages constantly.Great like any other good grocery store app!I don't know much about the app but the people at the pharmacy are the greatest 🙂this is an awesome app.

2. However, if a medication requires a doctor's authorization, such as, if there are no more refills then it NEVER gets sent to the doctor or Market Street Pharmacy.

3. It is easy to scan the barcode off of the prescription bottle to refill prescription IF the bottle has the barcode.

4. So I have to go online and I might as well have done that anyway.App is broken for our store, hasn't worked in a month.

5. Please fix the app.It takes too long to load.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Market Street Rx Issues

    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Market Street Rx" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Market Street Rx app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Market Street Rx might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Market Street Rx. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Market Street Rx then reinstall.
