1. Edit: Customer service called back soon and manually added my physical card to the app and deactivated the digital card.
2. There is no field to enter the name on my card (which the app requires) and the app would not scan my credit card using my camera, even when I lined up my card with the camera guide in the app.
3. I was told to listen for the beep after you scan your card on the phone at the pump, never got the beep, doesn't work for me! This app is junk, and it needs a lot of work!!!Please fix your pickup later feature.
4. The app also would not let me add my physical card and customer service didn't even answer the phone.
5. Finally ordered.I wanted to use this app to place a mobile food order, but I can't enter my credit card information.
6. I get gas at Rutters because I have to, not because I want to.The app did not let me link my physical card and instead gave me a new, digital card number.
7. Went to the website instead and was able to register the physical card without issues.
8. As mentioned in other reviews, couldn't register physical card via app.
9. I can guarantee the security isn't greatHave tried 5 times now to use the "My Card" in the app to get my initial 10 cents off a gallon of gas.
10. Nobody trusts putting their credit card info in the app.
11. I cannot sync my existing card.
