1. Also, the user interface is subpar and confusing; other banking apps show pending at the top and posted further down, whereas this splices pending transactions from whenever they were charged, making reconciliation difficult.I came from Beneficial so now i have to use this app.

2. Still constantly saying 'Alert authorization error.' makes me reenter username and password over and over again even though I have fingerprint enabledIn general the app suits my needs.

3. Currently, the fingerprint login capability, a welcome addition when it was introduced, fails about once a month with the only workaround being to uninstall and reinstall the app to get it working again for a while.

4. The only way to fix the problem is to uninstall the app and reinstall it and then it works for a period of time only to have the same problem arise again.

5. This is been going on for years and they refuse to fix the problemI used to love it, but now it's constantly crashing, dropping errors, telling me to retry, telling me the username and password are wrong, etc etc.

6. I still give the app 4 because when it works it works well for me.It's a wonderful app IF they would only fix the PROBLEM that it keeps on losing my fingerprint log in.

7. You can only set alerts for spending money, not receiving money (Zelle works surprisingly).

8. The only thing that works great is transferring money between my accounts.

9. When a transaction is pending, weather it'll drop off it not, it should be taken out of your available balance.

10. I will go for peris on time without any problems and then clear out of the blue it wipes on my login credentials.

11. Account balances is questionable, I feel like I'm secretly being charged hidden fees.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix WSFS Bank Issues

1. Fix WSFS Bank Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart WSFS Bank: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the WSFS Bank App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WSFS Bank" » Open WSFS Bank Mobile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WSFS Bank » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear WSFS Bank Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WSFS Bank servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WSFS Bank Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check WSFS Bank app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WSFS Bank might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall WSFS Bank. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WSFS Bank then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WSFS Bank not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WSFS Bank be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WSFS Bank not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WSFS Bank may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
