Hello, my account’s email is sophiaballard04@redacted so if you have a solution to my problem contact me there. i have just gone onto attapol and i have been logged out, i tried signing back into my account in which it sent an email to my email address, then when i followed protocol and put the number in directly associated with my account, it says the number is already signed up with another account which is incorrect therefore i cannot log back in, can you please fix this problem since it’s something i can’t personally change.

Can’t log in to my account and keep saying phone number taken

I had almost $13.12 X 11 something on my AttaPoll has been in office and it is disappearing when I try to sign back in it’s telling me the phone number already be used for another account which is kind of confusing so I don’t know what happened and what happened but it’s not letting me going to OCT ESP 11@redacted or who is a bowrs 1964@redacted it’s not letting me go to that either I said I saw him it does it before all I know is I don’t remember the last one was and all I know is it’s not letting me sign in and I was going to go in Dublin at 12 on the $13 cause I really need it I’m crippled somebody crippled mean to construct I need the money in a bit enjoy doing it so let me know something please

My Attapoll account needed me to sign in but then asked for phone number so could send a one time code, no code arrive so tried again, now saying failed as used too many times, can’t do anything

Hi I have been logged out my account and I’m trying to log back in and saying my phone number is already in use when it is not. I used apple to sign up not a phone number. I have money on there and would like the money please

When I first logged in AttaPoll I signed in through my Apple ID and it didn’t ask for my number. 2 days later it logged me out and now I can’t log back in. It’s asking for my number and when I put my number in it says to many attempts Iv been trying for 3 days now. I had over £15 on it . Would you be able to help . Thanks

My old account got disabled and my balance was 6.66 so I cashed out, assuming the Amazon voucher would go to my email then deleted my account as I had received a permanent suspension but soon after I deleted the app I got alerted by a friend that the Amazon voucher code gets shown to you in the app and does not go to your email, I deleted my account by then so I could not do anything any suggestions on how to claim this as I spent hours on doing surveys for that money.

Sir, my attapoll account has been disabled and i think the reason being i have complained about some surveys as they have disqualified me in between or at the end of the surveys, i didn't knew back then that if they rejected some of my responses my account will be disabled.
I am an old user and was using attapoll with extreme honestly from my side.
So its my humble request to you to please enable it once again and i promise that i will never complain about any survey.
Hope you will look into this matter and will work in my favour.

I was signed out of the app yesterday and wanted to sign in with Apple again, but then I have to re-enter my number when I do that it says “this phone number cannot be used” so I can no longer log in. What can I do? Please help me.

Hello, I just completed a survey and I followed all the instructions correctly then I came to the end and the survey said thank you please press next to finish and I did however the app said I was disqualified and I did not receive my reward. This is unacceptable and means that I wasted my time. I have a screen shot so please give me your email so I can send proof. I attempted to sign up for the app (a second time as I was unfairly blocked the first - which is another complaint I need to make as I am beyond angry) and during my attempt to sign up a second time I was not able to use my mobile number. At this current time it is extremely difficult to get a job as you may be aware due to the pandemic and they are few and far between. Therefore my use of your app to earn extra money is vital. If I am not able to register a new account I know all of my friends also use the app and I will tell them all to stop. I am so annoyed and hope this issue can be resolved and my account can be created.
