I had this app on my iphone and it worked fine and i got my payouts it was perfect, but then suddenly i go on the app, and i got logged out. And if i tried to login again it said the number was wrong or already in use. Now i have Attapoll on my Android phone, it workers completely fine. I had 3 payouts. It's good. But now suddenly it says "connection problem. Check your country of your internet connection" something like that. And i don't get surveys, even though I get notifications staying that there are surverys.

How do I sign back into attapoll after my kid accidentally uninstalled it

Good evening , I was already at $5 and did another survey which it should be a little more in my account but I logged in and it has been decreased from the original amount. It shouldn't be $4.99 it was $5 when I logged out and then received notification of another survey and It was completed and I was paid for it but it's not reflecting in my account. Each and every day i do survies and each and evryday i get disqualified from survey before it even starys or at the end when i finishes survey andbi am very disappointed with this when i complain about it i app some how they resolve my case against me without even contacting me about my issue and thats wrong period this needs serious attention please

I was logged out of my account this morning & when i tried logging back in the app told me to verify my phone number. I tried verifying my phone number but a message would pop up saying that it was already verified for a different account even though i was signing into the account that i verified my phone number for. Not sure if i was banned due to all of the new people i was introducing to the app/ all the promo i was doing on tiktok but is there any way i can get my account back? i’ve only had this app for a week max and it’s by far the best one & i surely want to promote it on tiktok more

Out of nowhere, suddenly Attapoll has stopped sending me surveys. I have checked the messages section and my account isn't disabled or anything of the sort, so I'm confused as to why the app isn't giving me any surveys to do. If you know the solution to this issue, please reply whenever possible, and preferably sooner rather than later.

Once I tried to get a second account with an other email address. So when I made that account, I had to verify with my phone number. WHY CAN I NOT REGISTER FROM DUBAI FOR PAID SURVEYS

I finished a survey and then got kicked out of the app and had to sign in again. I tried signing in through my Apple account, the email was correct but then said type on phone number to get a code sent to you to verify the account. I did that, but it keeps coming up failed when putting mobile number in, and says this number has been used to verify another account. Initially I tired to log back on using my email address and not the Apple link, so maybe it has caused a problem trying to log back in. Can someone look at it and reset the account ad at the moment I can’t log in at all.

I can't cash out to PayPal. I have done it several times with no issues. I called PayPal and they said my account is fine, it has to a problem Attapol.

Hi, I received a notification saying that my account was disabled, but as far as I know I was not giving dishonest replies or failing attention checks. I may have clicked wrong answers several times by mistakes, but that is about it. The account was associated with either this email or invertingplant@redacted. Is there a way to clear the infraction on my account so I can go back to taking surveys? I closed my account out of frustration earlier.

The app throw me so often away from surveys. It was better if the surveys made for everyone and not only a few surveys for one person. And the displayed time of the surveys is incorrect. When the app shows me 10 minutes it takes 40-60 minutes.
