1. The app portrays the same professionalism as it's website; no crashes or error messages, and on point push notifications.I downloaded the app, because I've been taking surveys with e-rewards for years, and they never are formatted correctly for my phone.

2. Make yourself more available, easier to contact! Also, have options of how often I want to receive emails! I uninstalled after NOT receiving any monetary gift cards!! Very unhappy with this app!!So far so good except that some of the surveys I have taken do not render correctly on this mobile app and it is either hard to read.

1. Fix e-Rewards Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart e-Rewards: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the e-Rewards App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "e-Rewards" » Open e-Rewards - Paid Surveys » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for e-Rewards » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear e-Rewards - Paid Surveys app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from e-Rewards servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "e-Rewards - Paid Surveys" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check e-Rewards app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, e-Rewards might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall e-Rewards. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall e-Rewards then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing e-Rewards not working


2. Fix e-Rewards Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make e-Rewards be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to e-Rewards not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, e-Rewards may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
