I sent email to support and haven't even heard back.So far the experience for me has been awesome.It is user friendly and easy to use.I like how simple it is for one to withdraw money very quick and easy.but yes I find it hard for me to sync the points from other games like candy gas with the app it's really frustrating.otherwise the app is amazing.Its a good app but it takes time to load and the tasks requirements are too much Please reduce the task requirements,increase the points for a task and improve the quality and standard of the app.

You basically only get coins for logging in everyday, that's only 20 coins, and then you need 10000 coins to be able to cash out...which basically if you log into the app every day for the next year and a half almost...then you'd be able to cash out $10🤣🤣🤣All the survey links are hard to find because you have to scroll down below all of the promotional links prompting you to download apps.

3. The only thing I would like to see is a page with all the tasks you're currently working on thst includes the information needed to complete them (what level you need to get to, etc).Imagine earning 100 or less points if u play a game.

4. The app itself has a pretty good user interface in terms of it not being glitchy or buggy, but all of the surveys are sending you two external links and are not actually hosted within the app.

5. But does have diversity and choices of games surveys and such I like!This app is a waste of time and effort.

6. Hard to keep track of certain activities and even after completion of some, points are not allocated.

1. Fix Rewardy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Rewardy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Rewardy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Rewardy" » Open Rewardy: Play & Earn Gift Card » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Rewardy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Rewardy: Play & Earn Gift Card app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Rewardy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Rewardy: Play & Earn Gift Card" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Rewardy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Rewardy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Rewardy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Rewardy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Rewardy not working

2. Fix Rewardy Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Rewardy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Rewardy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Rewardy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
