1. Took me a while to figure out which app was causing it, but this is the app that I had to uninstall to get the ads to stop harassing me and popping up every 2 minutes on my phone.It only took me a few days to get to first pay out section of three pounds equivalent to 600 points and there are games/surveys but games have low points most only getting u one point a minute (which will rise to 8 mins, 16mins ect) and with the surveys all tho they pay higher amounts you can't actually do a lot of them... I think the developers need to work on that if I get my pay out I give you 4 stars as it says it takes 48 hours and if you take on board the my suggestions I will give u 5.A very, very good application.

All its questionnaires are easy and convenient, suitable for all people of all ages and countries, so hurry up and registerHad an issue with my phone crashing and I had to change my phones, I had a voucher for PayPal in process so I emailed to find out if I would still be entitled to it as I didn't have access to my old account with them.

3. I prefer to make extra money for my Family thru surveys other than game apps.

4. In the CPX surveys, I NEVER qualify and the BitLabs surveys always redirect me to another survey taking site to join instead of just taking me to a survey.

5. Couldn't recommend them enoughI was having an issue with one of the survey sets (there are 4 to choose from) and the developer is going above and beyond to correct it.

2. Update the Earn Money App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Earn Money" » Open Earn Money: Paid Cash Surveys » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Earn Money » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Earn Money: Paid Cash Surveys app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Earn Money servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Earn Money: Paid Cash Surveys" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Earn Money app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Earn Money might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Earn Money. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Earn Money then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Earn Money not working

2. Fix Earn Money Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Earn Money be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Earn Money not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Earn Money may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
