1. Sky hd version seems to be missing rewind buttonIt's good as far as it goes but Sky HD (international) is missing the FFD & Rew buttons which makes fairly useless.That is good for my TV because if I can't find the remote.I can use this APP... But the problem is I can't use it with the reservation please fix the problem.Works perfect for sky q and don't have to log on to Internet or obtain ip address like all other apps.

2. are there any other apps i could be using to complement the objective?Fantastic app! Wish it had a "back up" button, though.I set 1 star because its not working in my sky direct sd and theres no skyworth tv.

1. Fix SKY Remote Control Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SKY Remote Control: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SKY Remote Control App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SKY Remote Control" » Open SKY Remote Control » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SKY Remote Control » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SKY Remote Control app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SKY Remote Control servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SKY Remote Control" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SKY Remote Control app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SKY Remote Control might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SKY Remote Control. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SKY Remote Control then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SKY Remote Control not working
