1. Incredibly frustrating. There's no ZERO stars option??? The "support" remine offers would be perfect for North Korea or Cuba.. There's no customer support phone number, no live chat, just a stupid "open a ticket" option.
2. No direct login either, a link has to be sent via email to use.Constantly polling my location in the background even when I have permission set for "only while using the app." I realized it also has access to my "activity information." Why would it need that at all? When I deactivated that permission I got a warning, "This app was designed for an older version of Android.
3. It takes too long to search for a property, when you finally find the property it provides no information about it, it freezes once you pull up your property, the updated email address isn't recognized when down loading app to new phone so I can't login.
4. I've not been able to log into the remine app in over a week, and remine doesn't care.. This is the worst app, worst support, worst experience I've had with any app..Worthless worthless worthless app.
5. Type in an address and it automatically loads a ton of other addresses, cities, schools etc and have to scroll to the address section to find the house I ALREADY TYPED IN.
6. This product is incredibly user UNfriendly and I really really hate having to use it due to its slow clunkiness and inability to work on mobile.
7. Did I mention WORTHLESS!!!!!!!! Infuriating we are tied to using this. Not the Worst App- Could use some Improvements for when I'm in the go.
8. My MLS switched to this product last year at it's still does not work for mobile at all.
9. The app is basically useless. This app was great when it first came out, but now after recent updates it does nothing but waste a lot of valuable time.
10. The draw option will eliminate all homes eventhough it shows hundreds in the area.
11. And when you go to list to actually get details on the homes it also removes all homes and says nothing is available but shows 350+ homes available.
Sending this to every review page, FB page, Twitter page that deals with Remine. All because Remine won't do the right thing... "Simply put, I purchased 400 postcard mailers for my business through Remine for just under $400. These were for our property management business. Remine uses the USPS to ship them. Anyone in Real Estate knows that you always receive some mailers back as non deliverable. We usually avg about 5% return, sometimes more. We should have received at least 20 of these back as non deliverable, or return to sender.
Not one postcard was mailed. Folks that work for us that were supposed to receive one did not get one. The Managing Broker did not get hers. We have clients that did not receive one. Most importantly, not one was returned as Non Deliverable. That's just not possible when mailing to non occupied home owners.
The USPS simply says they were delivered, so Remine just says not our problem. Well, I did not do my business with the USPS for these postcards. I did my business with Remine. They should own up to the fact that the USPS blew it.
We don't want a refund. We want the mailers shipped! I will never do business with Remine again and make sure those that I know in Real Estate don't either. They should do the right thing and mail them!"
