1. We should be able to run it while we we are already in a call.Its to much Blurred and can't recording audio during video call.. Always says device microphone can't use in video recording ... Only video recording without sound / audio ....and disconnect call What is the benefit then of such a recording.. Please fix this problem......It took 2 of us 6 tries to get it to work.

2. Thanks.When I use it at first time it was nice , working very well but the second time I tried but it doesn't work again 😞Sometime works but most of the time results in no recording.

3. Always telling me microphone is off anytime I try to record during a video call.

4. I think it is because the microphone gets locked for the app recording the audio, which doesn't allow WhatsApp to use the microphone.

1. Fix Video Call Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Video Call: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Video Call App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Video Call" » Open Video Call - Screen Recorder » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Video Call » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Video Call - Screen Recorder app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Video Call servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Video Call - Screen Recorder" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Video Call app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Video Call might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Video Call. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Video Call then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Video Call not working

2. Fix Video Call Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Video Call be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Video Call not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Video Call may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
