2. Please fix as soon as possible.Boy oh boy I just want to say this is the best app ever so far I been using EF tunnel for the past two weeks now and it really works great.. The only thing is once my mobile date is on it takes what money I have on my phone for regular calls.. otherwise I must say thanks a lot.👊🏽Was great at first then it stopped working after the last 2 updates.... Need a tweak for Trinidad as soon as possible.

3. My phone is Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus with Android 9.So at first it was good working very well , then I updated it and it stopped.

4. Whats the point in having app to get free internet if u need internet to use the app .Good app, great service.

5. Before u just needed wifi to set it up and now if u don't have wifi it not working .

6. Make sure you join their telegram group, they are very helpful and efficient when you have an issue with the app.

7. I can't watch ads to extend the time limit for me to use the app.

1. Fix EF TUNNEL Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart EF TUNNEL: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the EF TUNNEL App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "EF TUNNEL" » Open EF TUNNEL » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for EF TUNNEL » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear EF TUNNEL app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from EF TUNNEL servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "EF TUNNEL" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check EF TUNNEL app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, EF TUNNEL might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall EF TUNNEL. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall EF TUNNEL then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing EF TUNNEL not working

2. Fix EF TUNNEL Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make EF TUNNEL be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to EF TUNNEL not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, EF TUNNEL may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
