1. The only thing I can say is it did automatically record all calls but then again you were only able to hear my voice & even that sounded garbly, no matter what settings I had it on.This used to work very well and then Android changed their OS to not allow two way call recording "for privacy purposes" and now the app works sometimes and not others or the recording will be faint (especially the volume of other party).

2. Also, the name of the other party does not show up on the call log due to changes in privacy standards, not because the app has a bug.Once all permissions have been granted, it automatically records ONLY your side of the conversation - no manual controls.

1. Fix All Call Recorder Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart All Call Recorder: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the All Call Recorder App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "All Call Recorder" » Open All Call Recorder » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for All Call Recorder » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear All Call Recorder app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from All Call Recorder servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "All Call Recorder" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check All Call Recorder app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, All Call Recorder might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall All Call Recorder. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall All Call Recorder then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing All Call Recorder not working

2. Fix All Call Recorder Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make All Call Recorder be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to All Call Recorder not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, All Call Recorder may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
