Why should I report an Issue with Topo Maps?

1. What is the point of having the ability for offline maps if they never download? Otherwise the app would be useful but I don't have service where I need the app the most.Love it haven't tried yet but it has the offline functionality I need for backpacking trips.

2. Things like: the true "extent" of mountain ranges, waterfalls, 3D cave maps, location photos, etc.Download function does not work.

3. I would like to see a KMZ export button for share data with others.Great topographic maps that can be downloaded to be used in locations without internet connection.

4. I have a stack of paper maps, but the ability to look at maps on my phone at work to plan my weekends is extremely valuable.

1. Fix Topo Maps Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Topo Maps: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Topo Maps App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Topo Maps" » Open Topo Maps » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Topo Maps » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Topo Maps app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Topo Maps servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Topo Maps" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Topo Maps app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Topo Maps might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Topo Maps. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Topo Maps then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Topo Maps not working

2. Fix Topo Maps Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Topo Maps be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Topo Maps not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Topo Maps may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
