1. During the last auction I had such an awful experience I just gave up on three pieces of equipment I was trying to purchase; it's just to cumbersome and odd to transfer between timed and live auction items.Pointless app.

2. Browser pop up on phone to redirect to app is annoying as I can't use app to bid.Say they have airplanes for auction but in reality they don't, Uninstalling.. Don't advertise things you do not have.For a company that does auctions so we'll, this app is terrible.

3. I have to use internet browser and log in to my account and select the auction I am registered for to access "watching" list.

4. "Bidding" tab would be good so I can monitor and update items that I am bidding on in online timed auctions.

5. Items that I am watching in online timed auctions do not populate accross to the watching tab on app.

6. A network error comes up when trying to view current watchlist items and old items nothing happens.

8. I wouldn't bother installing this app, just stick to bidding on your internet browser of choice.Updated the app.

9. When you go on Google Chrome separately to look up an upcoming auction, it redirects you to the app only to be redirected to Google Chrome.

10. Everything you do redirects you back to Google Chrome or the internet browser.

11. Now cannot edit the watchlist to remove old items.

1. Fix Ritchie Bros. Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ritchie Bros.: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ritchie Bros. App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ritchie Bros." » Open Ritchie Bros. » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ritchie Bros. » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ritchie Bros. app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ritchie Bros. servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ritchie Bros." » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ritchie Bros. app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ritchie Bros. might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ritchie Bros.. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ritchie Bros. then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ritchie Bros. not working
