1. Its so annoying when youre short on time and just want to save some money.I'm not sure what happened in the last update, but now clicking to obtain details on a coupon and back takes you to the top of the list.

2. This app was not well thought out (and I'm betting it wasn't tested, either).Infuriating. Demands far too much time and effort to build a shopping list, is unclear if the list carries over from store to store or not, and the secondary "cart" list is just redundant.

3. The product descriptions are also truncated, so the only way (for example) to clip coupons is to tap each and every item to see/read the full details.

4. Every time I would check off an item something else would check off instead or as well, so I would have to uncheck things and eventually I just gave up.If you want to search for products by name that seems to work.

5. Then there are certain items in the ad for digital coupons but trying to find the coupon is hard or there just is no coupon.

6. When building a pickup list, tells you coupons exist.

7. The lovely "Pay Now" button on the new home screen isn't something I feel should be on the home screen of a grocery store's coupon app.

8. Also, the look and feel don't align with what I need it for: looking up sales and coupons.

9. I know it's not a problem with my phone's camera because all of my other apps that have barcode scanners work just fine.Really, only viable for (in-store) Kroger Pay -- which is super-handy, btw.

10. It shows most items available with prices so even in store if you have trouble finding something you can check to see if it even exists.

1. Fix Ralphs Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ralphs: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ralphs App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ralphs" » Open Ralphs » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ralphs » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ralphs app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ralphs servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ralphs" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ralphs app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ralphs might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ralphs. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ralphs then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ralphs not working

2. Fix Ralphs Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ralphs be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ralphs not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ralphs may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
