1. When tried to book my train ticket ,the amount is deducted from my account but the booking is done.anyway I proceed for refund procedure.

2. only blank screen comes however when I check on other websites like ixigo or IRCTC it gives ecurate info with coach position, even this rail yatri gives an error of' you don't have any internet connectivity even I am connected with 100mbps WIFI, LOL😂.The food delivery on the app is not good at all.

3. If you guys seen my feedback .if there is any option to help plz try to help.Booked a ticket for a female senior citizen + 1 accompanying lady passenger - Never got a reservation confirmation with my berth preference for senior citizen, neither any senior citizen concession.

1. Fix Book Tickets Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Book Tickets: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Book Tickets App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Book Tickets" » Open Book Tickets:Train status, PNR » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Book Tickets » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Book Tickets:Train status, PNR app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Book Tickets servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Book Tickets:Train status, PNR" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Book Tickets app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Book Tickets might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Book Tickets. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Book Tickets then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Book Tickets not working
