Why should I report an Issue with BTS SkyTrain?

1. Not worth the download.App only in Thai language... Amazing to still see it in 2019 knowing that around 40 Mios people will visit Thailand this year and a big part of them will visit Bangkok... As it exist in many World Megapoles, for tourists a good BTS app in Bangkok would be very useful for them as BTS network is good and it's a very good and fast way to move through Bangkok... If you would do it perfect, you could even translate it in several languages...App is stuck on loading page.

2. Since you can only either turn all notifications on or off, if you want the train system's news as notificatons, you will have to endure daily stupid and useless cringey garbage notifications.By default the language is Thai but if you follow the relevant icons which represent the settings you CAN change the language to English.

3. It's just an information portal.Wow, this train app is amazing! It made navigating Bangkok a breeze.

4. The app is basic with useless information and doesn't feature any NFC or online payment method.

5. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok!Slow to load because of stupid graphics.

6. The app is user-friendly and provides real-time information on train schedules and routes.

7. And there isn't an option for you to choose to receive only important notifcations about the train system.

8. Uninstalling.you can't zoom in enough to read and when you zoom in it doesn't show all the map.

9. To take a trip with MTS you have to use their antiquated payment systems, no credit card, NFC, watch etc.

1. Fix BTS SkyTrain Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BTS SkyTrain: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BTS SkyTrain App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BTS SkyTrain" » Open BTS SkyTrain » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BTS SkyTrain » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BTS SkyTrain app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BTS SkyTrain servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BTS SkyTrain" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BTS SkyTrain app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BTS SkyTrain might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BTS SkyTrain. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BTS SkyTrain then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BTS SkyTrain not working

2. Fix BTS SkyTrain Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BTS SkyTrain be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BTS SkyTrain not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BTS SkyTrain may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
