1. #pathetic service.Very bad services, this airline doesn't respect customers, very high rates of extra charges with no mercy or respect, I don't recommend it to anyone, and I'm not going to book with such bad airlinesPretty bad...it took me to Turkish airlines web page when I did a search..and that page gave me no result.The most pathetic airline I have ever flown .....opt for another airline to fly to Istanbul , avoid this in all scenario.If the flights dont change exactly 2 days before the trip its ok.Fake App .

2. you even can't choose a seatextremely poor services,i was traveling first time with anadolu Jet, it's almost a month i Lost my Luggage at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen airport since than there is no information available about luggage, there is not single initiate by airline or any other staff and there is no even compensation of lost luggage.

3. the aircraft service is good, i paid more than my ticket price to fix an error that happened to my flight and to get an extra 10 kg baggage (which was originally only 20kg baggage).

4. when you book a flight, your ticket can be easily hacked and canceled or modified by anyone without any verification or security and when you ask the call center to fix your issue no one will help.

5. It is sure this would be the first and last time i opted this airline.
