I get notified of 5 items (new items or soon ending items), I click on them, the notifications don't go away and I just get redirected to the "watch list" (where I have many more items that those 5, so the notification doesn't help).the app is great for monitoring your bids on the go but you can't really manage to browse (mainly due to the fact that phones have a small screen) another very annoying issue is that changing languages inside the app doesn't work, it only changes the language in the "home page" but when you go into "categories" it's still in german.

3. The bidding system is a bit unclear at first and not too well explained but otherwise it's a good platform.I am very unhappy of the recent changes done to the musical instrument categories, to combine "guitars" with the "stringed instrument" category is a very bad idea.

4. On top of everything ads are now paid! For what?Since 4/12/2023 Update, app does not load anything past the orange background and search mask and shows an error message.

5. The link with notification is useless, you click on the notification and land in the app home page (eg, "you have an answer" and instead of redirecting to the specific offer you land on the main app page).

6. Search is the worst thing ever, matches only exact words, no additional logic behind to show related search.

7. And then spamming with mails, like something related to your search previous serch, but in fact it's completely unrelated.

8. Uninstalled, deleted all app related data I found and reinstalled, still bugging, though it's a different error message now.

9. I have uninstalled, cleaned cache and app data and the problems remain, so seems like the app is just full of bugs and needs fixing.Crashes all the time.

10. Each time I start the search and exit the app it resets to home screen when I come back.

1. Fix Ricardo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ricardo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ricardo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ricardo" » Open Ricardo: buy & sell » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ricardo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ricardo: buy & sell app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ricardo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ricardo: buy & sell" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ricardo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ricardo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ricardo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ricardo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ricardo not working

2. Fix Ricardo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ricardo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ricardo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ricardo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
