1. My vaccum needs to make calls?Aside from annoying but workable delays/problems when selecting individual rooms, this app otherwise works amazingly well, with convenient scheduling and marking of no-go zones, rugs, etc., as well as selecting power levels and number of passes/sweeps per room.

2. It is noisier, it squeaks and it doesn't pick up as perfectly as the first one did.Works well, watch out for sunlight! During cleaning, if the vacuum is exposed to direct sunlight ( like through a window) it will start acting erratic.

3. I save so much time with this vacuum and my floors are ALWAYS clean.I'm super happy with my purchase and would recommend this to anyone who wants a clean floor.I did not have the registration problems all the other users had.

1. Fix 360Robot Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart 360Robot: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the 360Robot App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "360Robot" » Open 360Robot - 360smart » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 360Robot » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear 360Robot - 360smart app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 360Robot servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "360Robot - 360smart" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check 360Robot app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 360Robot might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall 360Robot. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 360Robot then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 360Robot not working

2. Fix 360Robot Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make 360Robot be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to 360Robot not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, 360Robot may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
