3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. It requiere some special permission for notifications, I enable every permission in settings but didnt work at all, afetr so much time and effort Iam exhausted, didnt get to the fun part😓If the person is sending you messages from iPhone, it doesn't work.

2. BUT may i have the blacklist function so that the automatic respond will not be sent to the people in the blacklist? Thanks.It doesn't send the set message to my whatsapp, it just doesn't work.

3. is it possible to send images, videos, locations, etc with it? couldn't find how to do it yet.Great for my needs.

1. Fix wBot Robot Chatbot Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart wBot Robot Chatbot: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the wBot Robot Chatbot App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "wBot Robot Chatbot" » Open wBot Robot Chatbot » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for wBot Robot Chatbot » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear wBot Robot Chatbot app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from wBot Robot Chatbot servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "wBot Robot Chatbot" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check wBot Robot Chatbot app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, wBot Robot Chatbot might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall wBot Robot Chatbot. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall wBot Robot Chatbot then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing wBot Robot Chatbot not working
