Scam!Not good at all the map is fairly easy to use if it worked but it won't stay on long enough to make any decisions or or select anything it just shuts down after a couple of seconds open I haven't seen any adsApp is so bad I uninstalled after trying every trouble shooting idea under the sun to get it to connect with my Roomba had ended in failure.One of the most painful exercises I have ever encountered.

2. They withdraw 2 times from my card after.This app doesn't work! When you try to get a refund it doesn't show up in the list of purchases so Google play can't/ won't refund.

3. May report to state attorney general 19.00 x gosh knows how many people this is a scam.It doesn't work, support doesn't have an answer they said the app has a bug.

4. Don't waste your money! Play needs to bring back the original I Robot app.It can't find a robot although it is installed and connected to iRobot Home app.

5. I will never purchase from google play again.Paid for NOTHING! The app is bare bones and doesn't work.

6. Immediately after purchased and many days post purchased tried and denied refund each time.

1. Fix Robot Vacuum Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Robot Vacuum: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Robot Vacuum App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Robot Vacuum" » Open Robot Vacuum for iRobot Roomba » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Robot Vacuum » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Robot Vacuum for iRobot Roomba app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Robot Vacuum servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Robot Vacuum for iRobot Roomba" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Robot Vacuum app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Robot Vacuum might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Robot Vacuum. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Robot Vacuum then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Robot Vacuum not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Robot Vacuum be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Robot Vacuum not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Robot Vacuum may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
