1. disabling the apps usage in the background seems to have limited the battery drain.It is a very very simple remote control for the telepometer but it works very well it is a simple Bluetooth connection that allows you to scroll stop and rewind it is very simple but very helpful.I just bought the PromptSmart Pro.

2. I've paired and re-paired the bluetooth devices, i've uninstalled and re-installed the apps, i've completely wiped and reinstalled the AndroidOS on the teleprompter tablet, i've turned off all the bluetooth devices in the area.

3. At first, the remote did not seem to work, but I rebooted both of my devices, and it seems to be working now, but the remote seems to keep disconnecting.
