1. iRemoteVC is one of the remote control install on the smart phone to control your android IP TV box, the remote control with English and Korean Lanuage input keyboard. this RemoteVC app supported Andorid Version 7.

1. I am using Android 9... Plz help.it is a very good app although the keyboard send function does not work.

2. The only thing that keeps it from 5 stars is that if our internet flickers or I leave my house and am no longer on our home wifi, when I reconnect later I have to restart my device in order for the app to find my device againWorks GREAT for Andtoid 6 box but not Android 7,8 or 9.

3. This app does more than the original remote, like pause live TV, TV guide and all the usual b ttons..very happyHOME/BACK/MENU/SWITCH APP buttons should be fixed shortcut below! Have to switch from 1st tab to mouse pad tab just to press "BACK" button.

4. I would LOVE to know if there is a work around or if anyone has got this to work on Android 7 or 8.Well I know this much, I have tried a bunch of different ip-based apps for controlling my Android TV box and none of them worked correctly and if this one works all the time.

5. The mouse function does not allow you to click and drag, so can't pull down things like the notification bar on screen.

6. Rockchip remote app did a better job on the mouse pad click & drag function.Its not recognising real tv box.

9. The hand grab/scroll function does not allow you to select where to scroll.

10. Because of the issue with mouse you cannot use the mouse function to scroll anywhere.It is ok.

1. Fix RemoteVC Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart RemoteVC: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the RemoteVC App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "RemoteVC" » Open RemoteVC » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for RemoteVC » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear RemoteVC app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from RemoteVC servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "RemoteVC" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check RemoteVC app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, RemoteVC might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall RemoteVC. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall RemoteVC then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing RemoteVC not working

2. Fix RemoteVC Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make RemoteVC be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to RemoteVC not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, RemoteVC may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
