1. I use this application almost 2 years now... Much better than the original ControlCam! It works flawlessly, and in the rear event that needs to be reset is rather caused by problems within my home networkThis whole system was a total waste of money.

2. It also won't sync with my device for the correct time.Door bell to phone won't work, can't change ringtone.

3. Not enough feature e.g set auto image capture or videoso far it works well, the intercom works best with a wired internet connection, had a problem once on my mobile in "connecting message" loop.

1. Fix ControlCam2 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ControlCam2: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ControlCam2 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ControlCam2" » Open ControlCam2 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ControlCam2 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ControlCam2 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ControlCam2 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ControlCam2" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ControlCam2 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ControlCam2 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ControlCam2. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ControlCam2 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ControlCam2 not working

2. Fix ControlCam2 Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ControlCam2 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ControlCam2 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ControlCam2 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
