1. I needed yo diwnload a copy of a bill for an identity verification and apparently that's impossible so im here to officially say your website sucks as does your app! Please fix it!Has settings for notifications that just don't work.

2. This app makes paying my bill so easy, also super easy to make an extension and its nice to see my current usage anytime.

3. Were in the middle of an ice storm that could leave us without power for weeks in a town few have ever heard of (including those in nearby towns) and I can't get an update or estimated time of when I'll get the power back on.

4. No reason for me to not rate this app 5 stars.I attempted to pay my bill several times using the app, each time it did not work.

9. I always hated calling PGE to pay my bill, automated calling systems just frustrate me to no end.

10. I triple checked my card information, even called my bank to verify my card was active, then tried again.
