1. Please fix.Quick and easy! I love that I can print not only pics from the camera but also any from from my phone as well! Super great for journaling when you want to add photo memories to paper as the photos are also stickers! Lots of editing features in the app to make the picture perfect! 10 out of 10 would buy again!!!Keep crashing.

Also the pinch zoom in/out does not work very smoothly.Been using this for a while now and never really had an issue.... just used it to print 5 photos before it suddenly disconnected and kept showing a "something went wrong" screen.....I have done all I can to get it to work hoping I could finish printing photos for a cousin.

But now that it can do that its no better than the other cameras yet we paid more for this one....i feel cheated, played, and upset with this product...hopefully your team fixing this problem soon beacuase as i have seen from the other reviews that this problem had been occuring for months.It's so weird that you have to have both bluetooth AND location on to connect to the app.

4. Still, once it does connect its easy to print photos from your phone on the camera.App does not open.

5. Also, make sure you have allowed location and other permissions when you first install the app.The app wasn't able to detect my camera even when my camera's Bluetooth setting was turned on.

6. Very disappointed....Same problem as every one else....unable to bluetooth to the camera and its really frustrating because the very reason for picking this camera over ithers is that it can print pictures from our gallery.

7. Might as well return the camera too.This app used to work fairly well for me, however recently it has stopped allowing me to print pictures and disconnects from my camera at random.

1. Fix Snaptouch Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Snaptouch: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Snaptouch App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Snaptouch" » Open Snaptouch » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Snaptouch » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Snaptouch app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Snaptouch servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Snaptouch" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Snaptouch app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Snaptouch might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Snaptouch. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Snaptouch then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Snaptouch not working

2. Fix Snaptouch Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Snaptouch be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Snaptouch not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Snaptouch may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
