1. the purchuse restore button isn't working! emailed the developers.I bought the full version because I really needed to pass the hesi exam, I studied this app along with some other materials I purchased from amazon.

2. The only reason why I logged out was so the answers to the questions wouldn't ALL be the last option.Doesn't customize my tests....? Why I like the questions I'm being given ( I paid for the upgrade) BUT I'll only being tested in A&P, Grammer, math, English.

I was told to contact the company through the app...IT WON'T OPEN SO THATS NOT POSSIBLE!At first I really liked the app but then all of a sudden it's now asking me to purchase a membership when I have already paid for the prime membership! Can u guys fixed this because I really need to practice n this is annoying.

4. I gave it 3 stars because the Vocabulary section pretty much covered what was on the actual exam.I paid for the premium services for this app and have not been able to use them for over a month.

5. I choose the subjects, but it still gives me physics questions..and i skip them cause I'm not tryna waste time here, so then that skews my results, messing up my progress.

1. Restart HESI A2 Pocket Prep: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the HESI A2 Pocket Prep App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HESI A2 Pocket Prep" » Open HESI A2 Pocket Prep » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HESI A2 Pocket Prep » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear HESI A2 Pocket Prep app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HESI A2 Pocket Prep servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HESI A2 Pocket Prep" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check HESI A2 Pocket Prep app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HESI A2 Pocket Prep might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall HESI A2 Pocket Prep. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HESI A2 Pocket Prep then reinstall.
