PlayWell Customer Insights

1. Fix this bug, and I might give a better rating, but for now I give it 2 🌟.*recent update has bugs... seems stuck on daily check-in from weeks ago*, some tasks haven't been rewarded, update seems unfinished, and sometimes the user interface doesn't change tabs properly.

2. I'll keep checking back, but won't waste more time than that until they decide to get serious on fixing what they have.πŸ™€πŸ˜ΏIts a good app, minus Customer Service is useless, I've emailed 3 times with no response.

3. I'm half way to level 20, which is the level you need to get to in order to withdraw $5 at a time and now all the games I had downloaded on the app are gone as are any other games in the 'discover' tab.

4. Edit: I have reached high levels on their games and never got the points for them, or there is a check next to it saying completed, but you don't actually get the points.

5. I was able to earn points for each game downloaded and I earned points for accomplishments for the games.

6. Emailed customer support with no response.This app started out good.

7. Today, no download are present, even though the list was recently refreshed, with new downloads... ... **Other than that, it has been excellent, one of the best apps of it's kind, that I've witnessed... Should have 5 stars.

8. Games are back, but they're not being recognized when goals are reached & all the tech supports,no replies.

9. It gets to minute 14 & you get a message "unable to track your time" I've contacted the developer 3 times this past week with no response.

10. I ll give more feedback after I play it a bit.I haven't been able to use the app for almost 2 weeks now.

11. Surprise! I'm giving it the one star because I actually enjoy playing the games despite all the ads.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix PlayWell Issues

1. Fix PlayWell Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart PlayWell: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the PlayWell App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PlayWell" » Open PlayWell - Play & Earn Rewards » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PlayWell » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear PlayWell - Play & Earn Rewards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PlayWell servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PlayWell - Play & Earn Rewards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check PlayWell app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PlayWell might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall PlayWell. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PlayWell then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PlayWell not working


2. Fix PlayWell Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PlayWell be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PlayWell not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PlayWell may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I have got paid everytime I have got to a certain point now I can't cash out any money at all.i spent 2 weeks getting the points to be able to cash out at $20 and when I go to cash out I receive a message saying current budget is used up come back tomorrow and I have been getting this message for 2 days.i spent all that time getting the points and I really need the money badly I'm on level 36 supposed to be able to cash out $20 more when I get to level 40 but I don't want to play anymore because I can't cash out. every other time I got it immediately so I don't understand what's going on can u please fix this issue asap.

  • I have the app on my phone and its not letting me log in to google to be able to withdraw. It says check internet and its not that because i have serice
