PlayWell Customer Insights

1. Fix this bug, and I might give a better rating, but for now I give it 2 🌟.*recent update has bugs... seems stuck on daily check-in from weeks ago*, some tasks haven't been rewarded, update seems unfinished, and sometimes the user interface doesn't change tabs properly.

2. I'll keep checking back, but won't waste more time than that until they decide to get serious on fixing what they have.πŸ™€πŸ˜ΏIts a good app, minus Customer Service is useless, I've emailed 3 times with no response.

3. I'm half way to level 20, which is the level you need to get to in order to withdraw $5 at a time and now all the games I had downloaded on the app are gone as are any other games in the 'discover' tab.

4. Edit: I have reached high levels on their games and never got the points for them, or there is a check next to it saying completed, but you don't actually get the points.

5. I was able to earn points for each game downloaded and I earned points for accomplishments for the games.

6. Emailed customer support with no response.This app started out good.

7. Today, no download are present, even though the list was recently refreshed, with new downloads... ... **Other than that, it has been excellent, one of the best apps of it's kind, that I've witnessed... Should have 5 stars.

8. Games are back, but they're not being recognized when goals are reached & all the tech supports,no replies.

9. It gets to minute 14 & you get a message "unable to track your time" I've contacted the developer 3 times this past week with no response.

10. I ll give more feedback after I play it a bit.I haven't been able to use the app for almost 2 weeks now.

11. Surprise! I'm giving it the one star because I actually enjoy playing the games despite all the ads.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix PlayWell Issues

1. Fix PlayWell Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart PlayWell: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the PlayWell App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PlayWell" » Open PlayWell - Play & Earn Rewards » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PlayWell » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear PlayWell - Play & Earn Rewards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PlayWell servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PlayWell - Play & Earn Rewards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check PlayWell app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PlayWell might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall PlayWell. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PlayWell then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PlayWell not working


2. Fix PlayWell Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PlayWell be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PlayWell not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PlayWell may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I have been using Playwell for about a year or so and had no problems with receiving points (slow sometimes) or getting a pay out. But at a certain point, I grew bored with the games I had and didn't care for the rest so I took a break. Now about a week ago I signed back in, all of the games I had are gone, but found two new ones and immediately downloaded them (Lily's Garden, Bubble Pop) . I love Lily's Garden, problem is that I have not received a single bonus point even though I have played for a few hours a day and I'm not getting credit for the time or for reaching certain goals! I have contacted you through the app and all I get is it rejected because the mailbox is full. I figured the app might need to be updated so I went to play store and instead of the app saying update it was for a new download. I downloaded it and I'm not happy! The games I downloaded a week before aren't on it, the points required for cash out are way higher, and I have to start over at level 1! I am on level 97! HELP!

  • Take me off the rosters...I quit! and this is why. for a couple of days playwell was having problems with their electronics not working right,My samsunggalaxy A53 5G was working perfectly as always. I went into the pit as usual to pick up what they wanted me to play. I cannot remember it all happened so fast, I clcked on download and about 30 sec into it I knew something was wrong because my phone downloads fast I clicked cancel and all froze up and wouldnt respond to any command and my little friend in the phone who spends her time telling me everything thats going on as it happens ie...mail ,mssgs, phone,etc. kept on talking and dying. I took my phone in into my phone carrier and they tried everything the books told them to do and NOTHING. I was told that I had gotten a HUGE SUPER VIRUS. and I most likely got it from playwell or the game they had me download. My phone is dead in 2 and1/2 days. Playwell should take more precautionary measures when they put the games in their pit and you download from there. I am out several hundred dollars for a phone and playwell still owes me some money which I probably never see. I have time lost of not having a phone, but mostly I would not like to see someone else have to go thru it too.

  • I've completed task on bravo slots and bravo bingo as well as other apps and they don't show completed? For example rewards at levels 10&20 but I'm on level 35 it clearly shows but I never received a reward or credit for accomplishment? Now the only app that offered any points)rewards was lucky money and it won't compensate me for completed tesks on it? It just says rewards are coming?   • I have no games on my app anymore. I got on last night to play and there was nothing but the app, my credit and my cash out history and my level bonus history but every game I had on there and even the games in discovery I had never tried were gone. I thought might have been a glitch in the system so I tried again today and same thing and then again tonight and it's the same situation.   • I have been playing this app for several weeks and have not received my points and tickets as it says. I also have not received the cash that it says I should receive for purchases. I still have several apps under review for the past 5 months. Even the new apps are not keeping up with the system.   • Hello. I hope that you can help me. There are two games/apps that I should have received level rewards, but they haven't been received yet. The two in question are:

    1. Dice Dreams - I was to receive 8,700 coins when I reached Level 5. I reached Level 5 several days ago, but still haven't been given the coins.

    2. Daily Coloring Paint by Number: I was to receive 26,100 coins when I reached Level 20. I am currently on Level 28, but the reward hasn't been received yet.

    Please let me know when I can expect the 34,800 coins.

  • I have got paid everytime I have got to a certain point now I can't cash out any money at all.i spent 2 weeks getting the points to be able to cash out at $20 and when I go to cash out I receive a message saying current budget is used up come back tomorrow and I have been getting this message for 2 days.i spent all that time getting the points and I really need the money badly I'm on level 36 supposed to be able to cash out $20 more when I get to level 40 but I don't want to play anymore because I can't cash out. every other time I got it immediately so I don't understand what's going on can u please fix this issue asap.
