1. But not sure I will take a chance again considering the other two services, by the same company, were very unsatisfactory.I love the photo tiles and they're a great deal for the price! However, I take one star away because some of the pictures I ordered a few years ago, started to peel off the corners.

2. And the customer service is top-notch.For the past three days I have been trying non stop to order four tiles however after I pick my pictures it goes to a black screen and then pops up that photo tiles is not working.

The first one was a little delayed on shipping.... Not the fault of PlanetArt, they shipped quickly and it got delayed somewhere along the line.

1. Restart FreePrints Photo Tiles: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FreePrints Photo Tiles App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FreePrints Photo Tiles" » Open FreePrints Photo Tiles » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FreePrints Photo Tiles » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FreePrints Photo Tiles app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FreePrints Photo Tiles servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FreePrints Photo Tiles" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FreePrints Photo Tiles app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FreePrints Photo Tiles might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FreePrints Photo Tiles. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FreePrints Photo Tiles then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FreePrints Photo Tiles not working
