Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix FreePrints Issues

1. Fix FreePrints Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart FreePrints: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the FreePrints App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FreePrints" » Open FreePrints » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FreePrints » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear FreePrints app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FreePrints servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FreePrints" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check FreePrints app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FreePrints might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall FreePrints. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FreePrints then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FreePrints not working


2. Fix FreePrints Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FreePrints be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FreePrints not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FreePrints may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • My order FP194048092643 has not arrived yet. Supposedly shipped via UPS per your email with tracking number MI025648S92096523. Either UPS has lost shipment OR UPS wasn't the actual carrier. Please look into reason for delay or reprint and re-send the ordered prints. Prior experience with your service has been stellar but this is a disappointment. It seems prior orders have always been USPS not UPS, was order sent incorrectly?

    ils sont en livraison sur votre site depuis le 7 janvier... expédié le 29 décembre 2020!!!

  • I have still not received my pictures ordered in February. I tracked them to Butner, NC on February 10, 2021. My order number is FP191740927723. I have never had any problem using your app and company before. Please look into this and resend my pictures if you can't locate them in transit. Thanks, Linda Williams

  • Bonjour j'ai passé une commande réf FP240552251532 en date du 07 décembre 2020 que je n'ai toujours pas reçu a ce jours et chaque fois que je fais un signalement de non réception par le biais de l'application, une petite fenêtre s'ouvre en me demandant de patienter jusqu'à mercredi puis le mercredi jusqu'à vendredi et aini de suite . Ca commence a me gonfler de ne pas avoir de réponse clair nette et precise et j'aimerai que vous procediez a un nouvel envoi car je pense que ces photos sont perdues. Merci de prendre la peine de me répondre. MR Grech Michel
