1. It does take a little time getting used to, to setup the breathing timers and using them, but once you understand how the breathing practices are done, you get the hang of it.
2. In first installation , I used to do pranayam with this app in background sound and doing my personal important task on mobile screen simultaneously.
3. Probably, each pranayam would need differing beep numbers for which the tone would need to be changedThe experience with the app was not at all good.
4. But you have to shift to the normal way after a while, without the sound of the app telling you to inhale and exhale and listening to your own breathing rhythms. It's a superb app.
5. It would be even better if the tracking system worked properly; it hasn't been able to properly track my progress since I started using it (it incorrectly marks things as incomplete).
6. A Suggestion: The last 3 to 5 beeps in each step can be of a different tone, which would be helpful in providing a smoother experience.
7. Good and unique part is it provides audio guidance for inhale, hold and exhale.
8. Apart from it provides flexibility in selecting number of rounds and contains all basic information like how to do and what are the pros and cons for each pranayama.
9. May be small changes which can be done is sound and written language can be different as an option.
10. The only update I would suggest is for alternate nostril breath, that the cue for which side be added so if my eyes are closed I can hear which side to breathe thru.
11. Its a very technical way of doing the breathing practices, good for beginners.
