1. other than that the app runs very smooth and seamless.Having opted for the yearly membership, using a secure payment for the precise amount.. I find myself unable to send my new chosen products as postage not credited with the account..I have been using this app since last September and had rated it excellent but I am extremely frustrated by the imprecise communication..even in my exchange by mail.Three years of super postcards! No bugs in this app, only smiles.

4. Uninstalling now.Very nice app, takes a bit longer than normal postcards, would be nice if the editing would be more convenient like, being able to go back and change a text or so.

5. It costs the same price or sometimes cheaper compared to buying a physical postcard everyome buys and the hassle of buying a stamp and sending it.

6. Efficient way of sending cards, configurable menus and i can taylor made a postcard in seconds, from my phone or from my pc.

7. when you're traveling, you like to tell a nice story about the various locations you are in and the amount of space that it gives is not enough for even a simple story.

8. The quality of the pics are quite ok, cards are received within 3-5 days and the team is always ready to find a solution should there ever be an issue (which is almost never).

9. A good addition would be to support fonts for languages with special characters, like Greek.the app would be five stars, but you can only put a very low amount of writing.

10. I recommend this app.This app isn't very flexible: you cannot edit a postcard that you already sent to reuse it partially and just change a few photos.

11. I send one postcard per month to ly parents and they love it.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Fizzer Issues

1. Fix Fizzer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Fizzer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Fizzer App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fizzer" » Open Fizzer - Cards & Photobooks » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fizzer » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Fizzer - Cards & Photobooks app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fizzer servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fizzer - Cards & Photobooks" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Fizzer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fizzer might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Fizzer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Fizzer then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Fizzer not working


2. Fix Fizzer Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Fizzer be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Fizzer not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Fizzer may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
