Why should I report an Issue with R6 Squad: Track your Squad for Rainbow Six Siege?

Apart from that no complaints great app :) 👍Its a good app ive bin using it for about a year all ready, but just till now i ran into a problem, i have a squad of 4 people, i deleted the app because it was not showing the stats for my squad than i downloaded it again thinking it was going to fix the problem, at the start when i searched for my self my stats popped up perfectly, but once i searched for my team mates not all there stats showed up as in there (recent maches and how good there playing with each operator in the game)plz fix:(I like this app a lot, but I wish there was an option to show the players profile pictures on the main screen instead of their rank.

2. One thing i think that would be great is if you guys added a area where we can see our operator stats for the current season almost like where we can see our stats of our operators throughout the whole time we played rainbow 6 siege but for the current season.

But like i said earlier love the app.Great app, shows all the stats you could need but one thing that would improve the app and also expand the audience that can use the app would be to add console stats to the mix, I being a former xbox player who ventures back and forth between xbox and pc would love to be able to check stats for both accounts.

I wouldn't even mind if the ads stay in there with this option as long as it's clear when someone pays for it that ads are staying in.If you want a detailed opinion this app has some things missing to make it perfect like overall stats instead of only seasonal and a more accurate tracker that starts at the Beginning of the season rather than a week in.

5. when you click on a player it shows you their current rank so I think it would be aesthetically pleasing to see profile pictures on the main screen.Overall great it's great for stat tracking of just not yourself but team members as well.

6. I love the delta chart! The app overall is really good, but its more approximate than on point.Great app, my only gripe is that there is a limit to how many people you can track and the refresh cooldown (but I completely understand why its that way.

7. The stats, even after reloading and showing an ad, stay old and don't refresh to the latest state like it used to.

9. I would love to pay one time and have it expand from 5 trackable players to something like 10 or 15 trackable, and have the time between refreshes shortened to about an hour.

10. It would be interesting if after playing a certain amount of rounds with an operator, if their icon could become gold, signifying that you are consistently in that category.

11. The only reason that I'm not giving it 5 stars is that I think you should consider having a one time payment option of some sort.

1. Fix R6 Squad Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart R6 Squad: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the R6 Squad App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "R6 Squad" » Open R6 Squad: Track your Squad for Rainbow Six Siege » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for R6 Squad » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear R6 Squad: Track your Squad for Rainbow Six Siege app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from R6 Squad servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "R6 Squad: Track your Squad for Rainbow Six Siege" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check R6 Squad app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, R6 Squad might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall R6 Squad. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall R6 Squad then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing R6 Squad not working

2. Fix R6 Squad Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make R6 Squad be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to R6 Squad not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, R6 Squad may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
