Your score also goes down if you don't drive at the same time every day, or if you're driving in an "unfamiliar" area -- no matter how safe you drive.I wish the snapshot feature had a "someone used my phone while I was driving" instead of just "driver" and "you were not the driver for this trip." My main issue is the fact that the app still acts like it's using snapshot even though snapshot finished collecting my driving data.

If my premiums are going to be determined by snapshot, then it needs to be accurate.don't do the snapshot app on your phone; not only does it falsely detect phone usage while driving even if it goes through your Bluetooth, you can't update your trips as a passenger or not being the one driving after 5 days.
3. I wished I had looked into Snapshot before enrolling in it; it's too sensitive to obtain accurate info.I've noticed an issue with snapshot on the phone, while having my phone connected to the car through USB and Android Auto running it miss reads as I'm active using my phone.
4. I get docked for phone use even when I answer the phone hands free (Am I supposed to ignore calls?), and it can't tell if there's a passenger using my phone either.
5. My phone's screen doesn't turn off while connected to USB, I'm not sure if that could be why but I use Google voice assistant while driving.
6. Why are you tracking me if snapshot is finished? I turned off every permission I could find even had it set to ask, only to have to force stop it from running in the background over and over.Signed up to use snapshot starting at the end of the month, went ahead and turned on the app.
7. Normal breaking is registered as hard breaking; a phone is a lightweight device, of course it's going to move.
8. Not a great experience!I just started using, but the snapshot portion sucks.
9. And lastly, if I am a passenger in someone else's vehicle, i have to go into snapshot and change status to passenger.
10. I use hands-free Bluetooth and constantly get dinged for phone use even if I don't answer.
