1. App should be more advancedI tried multiple tines to install the app and got stopped at a number of points along the way and despite all efforts - this with a background in usability as a former product development manager in the Internet market - including a password reset email that began with a personal greeting to someone who is not me and yet is now, disturbingly, linked to my primary email address somewhere in their database.
2. This app has the potential to be amazing to be a one stop shop for everything from managing symptoms, medicines, and updating family and friends on my journey but unfortunately I've experienced several problems from my friends not being able to download the app to no notifications being received.
3. When you're going through chemo/cancer treatment, and your solicited an app that's supposed to "help," it's very discouraging when the app does nothing it's supposed to do.While the app is a good idea for getting information about individuals dealing with health issues, it doesn't work very well.
4. I would recommend waiting to see if they respond before installing. It seems like this is a content syndicator that grows by you "connecting with loved ones" by sending out invites.
5. Otherwise I have to go to Calender...when I could just one stop shop with the appAny help that cancer patients can get is so much appreciated.
6. It does that for me.I'm just starting....but love the concept but I'm surprised there is no calendar to jot down your appts when they are scheduled....that would really make it 100%.
7. It leads a person away from depression and helps to promote positive things in their life.
8. Same with resources, the calendar, tracking my mood/pain/etc, sending requests... nothing works! Pointless.
9. Also once a request has been posted & responded to you can't offer your help.
10. If a person asks for prayer more than one person should be able to respond.
11. But most importantly, if a request is sent out, whoever accepts it doesn't show up on the request.
