Thank you!It's better than the other week navigator I have, the only thing so far I would like to see is an option to have more than one state, I go between Montana and north Dakota and don't always know which state the well is in, I would totally subscribe to it if that was an optionThe new update makes it to where you have to manually punch in the location names even if you were sent the link in text message that used to be a fast simple process but it no longer let's you do that, it gets annoying and time consuming going back and forth from text messages to the app then punching in all the info one by one.Expensive. Seems okay but the price is steep.

2. Can never get logged in, logs me out everyday.Sends me down roads I can't drive almost daily should have an option for truck drivers to avoid this, and an option to tell them you can't drive this road.

3. The second is the ability to edit routes when the route petropgives goes through either a private ranch road, a nonexistent road, a locked tailgate, or a blocked road.

4. It has been dead on every time in areas where cell phone service is very poor or none at all.. Very Satisfied!!!!I've installed several times but every time I click open, the app closes.

5. If it was 5 bucks a month I might consider a subscription but at this price point it just isn't worth it imo.Decent app, it definitely needs some updates.

6. Says no network connection and it will try again but closes and uninstalls.Charges every month even though I paid a year lol then I have to wait for reimbursement.

7. It would be nice if you could create and save/share different routes based on which wells you have saved.

8. Great concept! My company uses the service has an account for all the field techs.

9. One feature that would make this app even better is if you could have multiple layers or be able to change the color of saved pins.

10. Verified "auto-renew off" so if I get billed like these other folks I will be mad.

1. Fix Petro Path Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Petro Path: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Petro Path App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Petro Path" » Open Petro Path » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Petro Path » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Petro Path app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Petro Path servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Petro Path" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Petro Path app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Petro Path might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Petro Path. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Petro Path then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Petro Path not working

2. Fix Petro Path Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Petro Path be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Petro Path not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Petro Path may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
