1. One supermarket can't scan the barcode as its bigger than the card (I live in Malta so they have rubbish tech) so the picture you take of the card I made sure it includes the original bar code, and that works.

2. Only request if for a second picture so you can show the front and back of the card.Genius. This accurately scans QR and Bar codes and reproduces them on the screen, alongside a photo (that you take) of the loyalty card.

1. Fix Loyalty Card Wallet Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Loyalty Card Wallet: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Loyalty Card Wallet App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Loyalty Card Wallet" » Open Loyalty Card Wallet » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Loyalty Card Wallet » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Loyalty Card Wallet app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Loyalty Card Wallet servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Loyalty Card Wallet" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Loyalty Card Wallet app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Loyalty Card Wallet might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Loyalty Card Wallet. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Loyalty Card Wallet then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Loyalty Card Wallet not working
