Why should I report an Issue with PicaDup: Find and get rid of similar images?

It's simply the best I've ever used and I've searched far and wide.works great, however on my new phone the app seems to crash after analyzing about half the images from my sd card making it impossible to use, however it works flawlessly on my older device and saves me a bunch of time and energyI have tried several other duplicate photo apps and this one is by far the best!Crash crash crash Crash crash crash.

2. I'm sure it works great with older devices, but new phones that use HEIC will not work... The app doesn't detect the photos at all! Additionally, when looking between two duplicates, there is a scroll animation when you click between the photos.

3. This is a problem because you can't see which photo is better due to the sliding animation.Most through app! I downloaded 8 apps in all and this one found hundreds and the others with 4 stars could only find a dozen or so.

4. This app will find similar images even if they are rotated, resized, different colored(filters), and so on.

1. Fix PicaDup Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PicaDup: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PicaDup App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PicaDup" » Open PicaDup: Find and get rid of similar images » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PicaDup » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PicaDup: Find and get rid of similar images app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PicaDup servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PicaDup: Find and get rid of similar images" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PicaDup app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PicaDup might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PicaDup. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PicaDup then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PicaDup not working

2. Fix PicaDup Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PicaDup be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PicaDup not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PicaDup may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
