1. Excellent franes and app pl add colored polka dot frames in bright colors if feasible and carved thin golden frames for family group pictures both in portrait & landscape modes.

2. Current frames are bulky /gaudy and are more prominent than the actual pictures.Pictures are more important.

4. Just to frame pic nothing at sides.Image cannot be saved! So I can't view it in my gallery on my phone cos it isn't there and I can't upload it then to eBay for my listings.

1. Fix Elegant photo Frames Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Elegant photo Frames: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Elegant photo Frames App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Elegant photo Frames" » Open Elegant photo Frames » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Elegant photo Frames » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Elegant photo Frames app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Elegant photo Frames servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Elegant photo Frames" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
