1. Keep in mind it used to work android tv as well.I have two Google accounts on my phone and this app keeps switching and using the other Gmail account so I lose the premium features and start seeing adverts.

2. It was installed from the Google account I purchased it under and was working fine for weeks then starting showing adverts and I noticed for some reason it's looking at my secondary Google account.

3. On my Chromecast TVs it works fine.Good app but missing some important things (or atleast I couldn't find them).

4. I have a really good paid epg that I use and have added to the epg sources, but the app doesn't automatically associated them to the playlist and it doesn't give you the option to manually do it.

5. Check if it's correct" on android tv where as same playlist works fine on mobile.

6. Even the free version has a lot of functions and is easy to use.Working pretty well on android phone but suddenly has stopped working on android tv.

7. I am putting 4 stars because some channels are played only as audio on a black screen.

8. Also needs the ability to shift the time on particular channels.It is a very good app.

9. Definitely 5 stars!Best app, would be even better if one can use "Turn on multiple selection" to block channels like those used for groups.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Televizo Issues

1. Fix Televizo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Televizo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Televizo App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Televizo" » Open Televizo - IPTV player » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Televizo » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Televizo - IPTV player app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Televizo servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Televizo - IPTV player" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Televizo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Televizo might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Televizo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Televizo then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Televizo not working


2. Fix Televizo Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Televizo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Televizo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Televizo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
