1. The update version is trash it doesn't keep your personal apps locked at all times..and when it is locked it's easy for anyone to get pass the lock to see your personal things...Cleans and locks app pretty good.

2. I test your security, people still can uninstall this app through settings even it's already locked! I hope you do more better than that.Hi I am sorry for giving you 4 stars but the app have a bug when I close the locked apps I'd just says the apps not working but when I restart the system it just works normallyLike this app, it can really help to speed my phone up, I'll tell my friends to use it.

4. Unlike other apps, it is really safe and easy to use.Please make a review because sometimes nox app lock cannot lock the app quickly, there are times that it made you see what's inside of the app that you have been lock by the nox app lock.

5. Ads are very annoying.There is a bug that when I go to the multi tab I see the apps name and also nox app lock in another tab, please fix the bug because someone might expose the app.Such a disappointed.

1. Fix NoxAppLock Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart NoxAppLock: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the NoxAppLock App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "NoxAppLock" » Open NoxAppLock - Protect Privacy » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for NoxAppLock » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear NoxAppLock - Protect Privacy app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NoxAppLock servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NoxAppLock - Protect Privacy" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check NoxAppLock app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NoxAppLock might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall NoxAppLock. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NoxAppLock then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing NoxAppLock not working

2. Fix NoxAppLock Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make NoxAppLock be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to NoxAppLock not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, NoxAppLock may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
