Why should I report an Issue with Nox Security - Antivirus?

1. About to uninstall since it's still going on!! Updated: I usually am happy with this app but all of a sudden now I am receiving constant notifications of too much memory usage, battery is low when it is above 50, it tells me to clean all the time now for some reason and I don't know if it's a bug and can be fixed or not but it is extremely annoying here recently.

2. Turned off notifications, and they still appear.I allowed this app to control other apps running in background.

3. Notifications cover half the screen, even when you block them, it cleans the storage of other apps, but not itself, and it barely loads.

4. I don't see the point of using when works on others but given an annoying message displayed!I'm not sure that this app actually does anything.

5. It shows a cute animation while it's "cleaning" the cache but then I go into my settings and check the apps and none of the caches have been cleaned.

6. I just hope and pray that the antivirus is really working and not just another cartoon.I've changed the rating to 2 stars.

7. Most of the times the notifications message display top not disappear cleaned.... very annoying.

9. Reason for this is this app constantly interrupts whatever it is that you're doing, it just pops up randomly and at the most inconvenient times causing you to lose important information that was being worked on.

1. Fix Nox Security Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Nox Security: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Nox Security App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Nox Security" » Open Nox Security - Antivirus » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Nox Security » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Nox Security - Antivirus app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Nox Security servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Nox Security - Antivirus" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Nox Security app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Nox Security might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Nox Security. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Nox Security then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Nox Security not working

2. Fix Nox Security Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Nox Security be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Nox Security not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Nox Security may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
